Employee Identity Card:

• ID card or passport of company director.
• ID card or passport of authorized representative.
• Tax number of company representative, if required.
• Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

• Company name and legal entity details.
• Director or authorized representative data.
• Warehouse address and operational details.
• Business activity and product storage category.
• Company contact information.

Documents to be Delivered:

• Warehouse license or related permit document.
• Updated OSS licensing document, if applicable.
• Warehouse registration proof, if required.
• Soft copy of completed licensing documents.
