  • Valid based on the issued PSE registration certificate and applicable electronic system regulations.

Document Requirements:

  • Company deed.
  • Latest deed of amendment, if any.
  • Company tax number.
  • NIB and business license.
  • OSS account access.
  • Website, application, or platform details.
  • Electronic system description.
  • Data protection and system security information, if required.

Employee Identity Card:

  • ID card or passport of company director.
  • ID card or passport of authorized representative.
  • Tax number of company representative, if required.
  • Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

  • Company name and legal entity details.
  • Director or authorized representative data.
  • Platform or electronic system information.
  • Business activity and digital service category.
  • Company contact and operational address.

Documents to be Delivered:

  • PSE registration certificate.
  • PSE submission or approval proof.
  • Updated OSS or related registration document, if applicable.
  • Soft copy of completed registration documents.
