Validity:

• Valid based on the KITAS validity period and local civil registration requirements.

Document Requirements:

• Passport.
• Valid KITAS.
• Immigration stay permit document.
• Local domicile address in Indonesia.
• Sponsor letter, if required.
• Photo with required background color, if applicable.
• Additional documents may be required depending on the local authority.

Employee Identity Card:

• Passport of the applicant.
• KITAS card or electronic stay permit.
• ID card of sponsor or authorized representative.
• Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

• Full name and personal details.
• Nationality.
• Current address in Indonesia.
• Sponsor or company details.
• Stay permit information.
• Contact number and email address.

Documents to be Delivered:

• SKTT document after approval and issuance.
