Short Course/Training Visa Indonesia C9 is a single-entry visa for foreigners who want to join short courses, training programs, workshops, or non-degree learning activities in Indonesia.

Stay Period:

• 30 to 180 days.

Visa Validity:

• Single-entry visa. Once the holder leaves Indonesia, the visa CANNOT be used again for re-entry.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 5 to 7 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Stay in Indonesia for short course or training purposes.
• Join training programs, workshops, or non-degree learning activities.
• Attend classes or practical sessions related to the approved program.
• Meet with instructors, institutions, or training organizers.
• Extend the stay permit if eligible and approved by immigration.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work as a regular employee in Indonesia.
• Receive salary from an Indonesian company.
• Run business or commercial activities.
• Use this visa for activities outside the approved training purpose.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Personal bank statement for the last 3 months.
4. Proof of guarantee from sponsor or guarantor.
5. Acceptance letter or invitation letter from the training provider.
6. Course schedule, program details, or other supporting documents if required.
