Validity:
- Valid once the merger process is completed, approved by the relevant parties, and properly registered with the authorized institution.
Document Requirements:
- Current company deed of each company.
- Latest deed of amendment, if any.
- Company registration documents.
- Company tax number.
- NIB and business license.
- Shareholder structure of each company.
- Merger plan or transaction details.
- Company financial or legal documents, if required.
Employee Identity Card:
- ID card or passport of shareholders.
- ID card or passport of directors.
- ID card or passport of commissioners.
- Tax number of related parties, if required.
- Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.
Employment Data:
- Company name and legal entity details.
- Shareholder data of each company.
- Director and commissioner data.
- Company address and business activity details.
- Merger structure and surviving company details.
- Transaction or ownership adjustment details.
Documents to be Delivered:
- Merger agreement or related legal document.
- Deed of merger, if required.
- Updated company structure document.
- Approval or notification receipt from the authorized institution, if applicable.
- Soft copy of completed legal documents.
