  • Valid once the merger process is completed, approved by the relevant parties, and properly registered with the authorized institution.

  • Current company deed of each company.
  • Latest deed of amendment, if any.
  • Company registration documents.
  • Company tax number.
  • NIB and business license.
  • Shareholder structure of each company.
  • Merger plan or transaction details.
  • Company financial or legal documents, if required.

Employee Identity Card:

  • ID card or passport of shareholders.
  • ID card or passport of directors.
  • ID card or passport of commissioners.
  • Tax number of related parties, if required.
  • Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

  • Company name and legal entity details.
  • Shareholder data of each company.
  • Director and commissioner data.
  • Company address and business activity details.
  • Merger structure and surviving company details.
  • Transaction or ownership adjustment details.

Documents to be Delivered:

  • Merger agreement or related legal document.
  • Deed of merger, if required.
  • Updated company structure document.
  • Approval or notification receipt from the authorized institution, if applicable.
  • Soft copy of completed legal documents.
