Remote Work Visa Indonesia E33G is a limited stay visa for foreigners who work remotely for a company or clients outside Indonesia while living in Indonesia with a valid KITAS.

Stay Period:

• 1 to 5 years, depending on the approved stay permit.

Visa Validity:

• Limited Stay Visa or KITAS, valid based on the approved stay permit period.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 7 to 14 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Stay in Indonesia while working remotely for an overseas company or client.
• Carry out online work that does not involve Indonesian employers.
• Enter and leave Indonesia during the valid stay permit period.
• Enjoy long-term living in Indonesia while maintaining overseas income.
• Apply for stay permit extension if eligible and approved by immigration.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work for an Indonesian company without the proper work permit.
• Receive salary or income from an Indonesian employer.
• Run local business activities outside the permitted visa purpose.
• Stay beyond the approved permit period without an extension.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 18 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Proof of remote work or employment with an overseas company.
4. Employment contract, client agreement, or company statement letter.
5. Proof of income or financial capability.
6. Personal bank statement, if required.
7. Proof of accommodation in Indonesia, if required.
8. Other supporting documents may be required depending on the applicant profile.
