OSS Transition to OSS RBA


OSS Transition to OSS RBA is a legal service to help companies update or migrate their business licensing data from the previous OSS system to the OSS Risk-Based Approach system.

Validity:

  • Valid as long as the company data and business license information are properly updated in the OSS RBA system.

Document Requirements:

  • Company NIB.
  • OSS account access.
  • Company deed and latest amendment, if any.
  • Company tax number.
  • Business license or previous OSS license.
  • Company address and business activity details.
  • KBLI data and business risk classification, if required.

Employee Identity Card:

  • ID card or passport of company director.
  • ID card or passport of authorized representative.
  • Tax number of company representative, if required.
  • Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

  • Company name and legal entity details.
  • Director and commissioner data.
  • Shareholder data, if required.
  • Business activity and KBLI information.
  • Company contact and operational address.

Documents to be Delivered:

  • Updated OSS RBA account data.
  • Updated NIB or business license, if applicable.
  • OSS submission or approval document.
  • Soft copy of completed licensing documents.
