Pre-Investment Multiple-Entry Visa Extension D12 is a visa extension service for foreigners who need more time to explore long-term business or investment opportunities in Indonesia.

Stay Period:

• 60 days per visit.

Visa Validity:

• Multiple-entry visa extension. The validity depends on the approved extension period from immigration and may be valid for up to 2 years.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 5 to 7 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Extend your stay for pre-investment purposes.
• Continue market research and business exploration in Indonesia.
• Visit potential business locations or investment sites.
• Meet with business partners, consultants, or related parties.
• Enter and leave Indonesia multiple times during the valid visa period.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work as a regular employee in Indonesia.
• Receive salary or income from an Indonesian company.
• Run direct business operations or commercial activities.
• Use the extension for activities outside the approved pre-investment purpose.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Current D12 visa or stay permit.
4. Proof of ongoing investment exploration.
5. Invitation letter or supporting letter related to investment purpose.
6. Proof of guarantee from sponsor or guarantor.
7. Other supporting documents may be required depending on the applicant profile.
