Visa Extension

Dependent Visa Extension Indonesia is a visa extension service for eligible family members who need to continue living in Indonesia with their sponsor legally.

Stay Period:

• 1 to 5 years.

Visa Validity:

• Longer stay permit extension. The validity depends on the approved extension period from immigration and the main sponsor’s stay permit.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 7 to 14 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Extend your stay in Indonesia as a dependent family member.
• Continue living with your spouse, parent, or family sponsor.
• Enter and leave Indonesia during the valid permit period.
• Stay legally while the extension process is completed.
• Apply for further extension if eligible and approved by immigration.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work as a regular employee in Indonesia without the proper work permit.
• Receive salary or income from an Indonesian company without legal authorization.
• Run business or commercial activities.
• Use the extension for activities outside the dependent stay purpose.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 18 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Current Dependent KITAS or stay permit.
4. Proof of family relationship, such as marriage certificate or birth certificate.
5. Copy of the main sponsor’s passport and stay permit.
6. Proof of guarantee from sponsor or guarantor.
7. Personal bank statement or financial proof, if required.
8. Other supporting documents may be required depending on the applicant profile.
