Dependent Visa Indonesia E31A is a limited stay visa for eligible family members of KITAS or ITAS holders who want to live together in Indonesia.

Stay Period:

• 1 to 5 years, depending on the approved stay permit and the main sponsor’s KITAS validity.

Visa Validity:

• Limited Stay Visa or KITAS, valid based on the approved stay permit period.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 7 to 14 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Stay in Indonesia as a dependent family member.
• Live with your spouse, parent, or family sponsor in Indonesia.
• Enter and leave Indonesia during the valid stay permit period.
• Apply for stay permit extension if eligible and approved by immigration.
• Carry out personal and family-related activities allowed under the visa purpose.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work as a regular employee in Indonesia without the proper work permit.
• Receive salary or income from an Indonesian company without legal authorization.
• Run business or commercial activities.
• Use this visa for activities outside the dependent stay purpose.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 18 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Proof of family relationship, such as marriage certificate or birth certificate.
4. Copy of the main KITAS holder’s passport and stay permit.
5. Proof of guarantee from sponsor or guarantor.
6. Personal bank statement or financial proof, if required.
7. Other supporting documents may be required depending on the applicant profile.
