Event Participant Visa Indonesia C10 is a single-entry visa for foreigners who want to attend events, seminars, conferences, or non-commercial programs in Indonesia.

Stay Period:

• 30 to 180 days.

Visa Validity:

• Single-entry visa. Once the holder leaves Indonesia, the visa CANNOT be used again for re-entry.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 5 to 7 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Stay in Indonesia for an approved event or program.
• Attend seminars, conferences, workshops, or meetings.
• Join non-commercial activities related to the event.
• Meet with event organizers or related parties.
• Extend the stay permit if eligible and approved by immigration.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work as a regular employee in Indonesia.
• Receive salary from an Indonesian company.
• Run business or commercial activities.
• Use this visa for activities outside the approved event purpose.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Personal bank statement for the last 3 months.
4. Proof of guarantee from sponsor or guarantor.
5. Invitation letter from the event organizer.
6. Event schedule, registration proof, or other supporting documents if required.
