Electronic Tax Certificate


Electronic Tax Certificate is a tax service to help individuals or companies obtain an official digital tax certificate used for online tax administration, e-Faktur, tax reporting, and other electronic tax services.

Validity:

  • Valid based on the official certificate period issued by the Indonesian tax authority and must be renewed before expiration.

Document Requirements:

  • Individual NPWP or Company NPWP.
  • Company legal documents, for company taxpayers.
  • Registered email address.
  • Active phone number.
  • Taxpayer account access, if available.
  • Previous electronic certificate, if renewing.
  • Supporting documents requested by the tax office, if required.

Employee Identity Card:

  • ID card or passport of individual taxpayer.
  • ID card or passport of company director, for company taxpayers.
  • ID card or passport of authorized representative, if applicable.
  • Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

  • Taxpayer name or company name.
  • NPWP number.
  • Registered address.
  • Email address and phone number.
  • Director or authorized representative data, for company taxpayers.
  • Tax account and correspondence details.

Documents to be Delivered:

  • Electronic tax certificate activation proof.
  • Tax certificate renewal support, if applicable.
  • Taxpayer account access guidance, if included.
  • Soft copy of completed tax certificate documents.
