Validity:

  • Valid as long as the taxpayer account remains active and registered in the Indonesian tax system.

Document Requirements:

  • Individual NPWP or Company NPWP.
  • Company legal documents, for company taxpayers.
  • Registered email address.
  • Active phone number.
  • Taxpayer profile data.
  • Previous tax account access, if available.
  • Supporting documents requested by the tax office, if required.

Employee Identity Card:

  • ID card or passport of individual taxpayer.
  • ID card or passport of company director, for company taxpayers.
  • ID card or passport of authorized representative, if applicable.
  • Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

  • Taxpayer name or company name.
  • NPWP number.
  • Registered address.
  • Email address and phone number.
  • Director or authorized representative data, for company taxpayers.
  • Tax account and correspondence details.

  • Core Tax registration support.

  • Registration or activation proof, if available.
