Core Tax Registration
Core Tax Registration is a tax service to help individuals or companies register and access Indonesia’s Core Tax system for online tax administration, reporting, and taxpayer account management.
Validity:
- Valid as long as the taxpayer account remains active and registered in the Indonesian tax system.
Document Requirements:
- Individual NPWP or Company NPWP.
- Company legal documents, for company taxpayers.
- Registered email address.
- Active phone number.
- Taxpayer profile data.
- Previous tax account access, if available.
- Supporting documents requested by the tax office, if required.
Employee Identity Card:
- ID card or passport of individual taxpayer.
- ID card or passport of company director, for company taxpayers.
- ID card or passport of authorized representative, if applicable.
- Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.
Employment Data:
- Taxpayer name or company name.
- NPWP number.
- Registered address.
- Email address and phone number.
- Director or authorized representative data, for company taxpayers.
- Tax account and correspondence details.
Documents to be Delivered:
- Core Tax registration support.
- Taxpayer account access guidance.
- Registration or activation proof, if available.
- Soft copy of completed registration documents.
- Online tax administration support.
