BPJS Registration
BPJS Registration is a tax and accountancy support service to help companies or individuals register for BPJS Health and BPJS Employment for legal compliance and social security purposes in Indonesia.
Validity:
- Valid as long as the BPJS membership remains active and contributions are paid regularly.
Document Requirements:
- Company deed, for company registration.
- Company NPWP.
- NIB and business license.
- Company address details.
- Employee data, if registering company employees.
- Personal ID or passport, for individual registration.
- Phone number and email address.
Employee Identity Card:
- ID card or passport of company director.
- ID card or passport of authorized representative.
- ID card or passport of employees to be registered.
- Family card, if required.
- Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.
Employment Data:
- Company name and legal entity details.
- Number of employees.
- Employee names and ID numbers.
- Employee position and employment status.
- Salary or wage data, if required.
- Company contact and correspondence details.
Documents to be Delivered:
- BPJS Health registration proof, if applicable.
- BPJS Employment registration proof, if applicable.
- BPJS account access details, if included.
- Employee BPJS membership data.
- Soft copy of completed registration documents.
