EFIN Registration


EFIN Registration is a tax service to help individuals or companies obtain an Electronic Filing Identification Number for online tax reporting and access to Indonesian tax services.

Validity:

  • Valid as long as the EFIN remains active and connected to the registered taxpayer account.

Document Requirements:

  • Personal NPWP or Company NPWP.
  • Personal ID card or passport.
  • Company legal documents, for company EFIN.
  • Registered email address.
  • Active phone number.
  • Tax office registration details, if required.

Employee Identity Card:

  • ID card or passport of the individual taxpayer.
  • ID card or passport of company director, for company EFIN.
  • ID card or passport of authorized representative, if applicable.
  • Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

  • Taxpayer name or company name.
  • NPWP number.
  • Registered address.
  • Email address and phone number.
  • Director or authorized representative data, for company EFIN.

Documents to be Delivered:

  • EFIN activation proof.
  • Tax account access guidance, if included.
  • Soft copy of completed registration documents.
  • Online tax reporting access support.
