EFIN Registration
EFIN Registration is a tax service to help individuals or companies obtain an Electronic Filing Identification Number for online tax reporting and access to Indonesian tax services.
Validity:
- Valid as long as the EFIN remains active and connected to the registered taxpayer account.
Document Requirements:
- Personal NPWP or Company NPWP.
- Personal ID card or passport.
- Company legal documents, for company EFIN.
- Registered email address.
- Active phone number.
- Tax office registration details, if required.
Employee Identity Card:
- ID card or passport of the individual taxpayer.
- ID card or passport of company director, for company EFIN.
- ID card or passport of authorized representative, if applicable.
- Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.
Employment Data:
- Taxpayer name or company name.
- NPWP number.
- Registered address.
- Email address and phone number.
- Director or authorized representative data, for company EFIN.
Documents to be Delivered:
- EFIN activation proof.
- Tax account access guidance, if included.
- Soft copy of completed registration documents.
- Online tax reporting access support.
