Company Acquisition is a legal service to assist the process of taking over or purchasing company ownership, including document review, shareholder changes, agreement preparation, and legal administration.

Validity:

  • Valid once the acquisition process is completed, approved by the relevant parties, and properly registered with the authorized institution.

Document Requirements:

  • Current company deed.
  • Latest deed of amendment, if any.
  • Company registration documents.
  • Company tax number.
  • NIB and business license.
  • Shareholder structure.
  • Company financial or legal documents, if required.
  • Acquisition plan or transaction details.

Employee Identity Card:

  • ID card or passport of current shareholders.
  • ID card or passport of new shareholders.
  • ID card or passport of directors and commissioners.
  • Tax number of related parties, if required.
  • Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

  • Company name and legal entity details.
  • Current shareholder data.
  • New shareholder data after acquisition.
  • Director and commissioner data.
  • Company address and business activity details.
  • Transaction or ownership transfer details.

Documents to be Delivered:

  • Acquisition agreement or related legal document.
  • Deed of change, if required.
  • Updated shareholder structure document.
  • Approval or notification receipt from the authorized institution, if applicable.
  • Soft copy of completed legal documents.
