Investor KITAP Indonesia is a permanent stay permit for eligible foreign investors who want to live in Indonesia long-term while managing or maintaining their investment.

Stay Period:

• 5 years and extendable.

Visa Validity:

• Permanent Stay Permit or KITAP, valid for 5 years and can be extended based on immigration approval.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 14 to 30 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Stay in Indonesia as a long-term foreign investor.
• Manage or supervise approved investment-related business activities.
• Attend company meetings, business planning, and investment discussions.
• Enter and leave Indonesia during the valid permit period.
• Apply for KITAP extension if eligible and approved by immigration.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work in a position outside the approved investor role.
• Receive salary as a regular employee without the proper work permit.
• Run activities outside the permitted investment purpose.
• Stay beyond the approved permit period without an extension.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 18 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Valid Investor KITAS or previous stay permit.
4. Company legal documents in Indonesia.
5. Proof of investment or shareholder status.
6. Company registration documents or business license.
7. Tax identification document, if required.
8. Proof of guarantee from sponsor or company.
9. Other supporting documents may be required depending on the applicant profile.
