Investor Visa Indonesia E28A is a limited stay visa for foreign investors who want to invest, manage, or develop business activities in Indonesia with a valid KITAS.

Stay Period:

• 1 to 5 years, depending on the approved stay permit and investment category.

Visa Validity:

• Limited Stay Visa or KITAS, valid based on the approved stay permit period.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 7 to 14 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Stay in Indonesia as a foreign investor with a valid KITAS.
• Manage or supervise investment-related business activities.
• Attend company meetings, business planning, and investment discussions.
• Enter and leave Indonesia during the valid stay permit period.
• Apply for stay permit extension if eligible and approved by immigration.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work in a position outside the approved investor role.
• Receive salary as a regular employee without the proper work permit.
• Run activities outside the permitted investment purpose.
• Stay beyond the approved permit period without an extension.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 18 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Company legal documents in Indonesia.
4. Proof of investment or shareholder status.
5. Company registration documents or business license.
6. Tax identification document, if required.
7. Proof of guarantee from sponsor or company.
8. Other supporting documents may be required depending on the applicant profile.
