- Trademark class or business category.
- Company legal documents, if registered under a company.
- Applicant personal data, if registered under an individual.
- Product or service description.
- Trademark ownership statement, if required.
Employee Identity Card:
- ID card or passport of the applicant.
- ID card or passport of company director, if registered under a company.
- Tax number of the applicant or company, if required.
- Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.
Employment Data:
- Applicant name or company name.
- Business activity details.
- Product or service category.
- Trademark class information.
- Contact person and correspondence address.
Documents to be Delivered:
- Trademark registration application proof.
- Trademark filing receipt.
- Trademark certificate after approval and issuance.
- Soft copy of completed registration documents.
