Employee Identity Card:

  • ID card or passport of the applicant.
  • ID card or passport of company director, if registered under a company.
  • Tax number of the applicant or company, if required.
  • Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

  • Applicant name or company name.
  • Business activity details.
  • Product or service category.
  • Trademark class information.
  • Contact person and correspondence address.

Documents to be Delivered:

  • Trademark registration application proof.
  • Trademark filing receipt.
  • Trademark certificate after approval and issuance.
  • Soft copy of completed registration documents.
