Mandatory Employment Report WLK is a tax and accountancy support service to help companies prepare and submit their mandatory manpower report in Indonesia through the official employment reporting system.

Validity:

• Valid based on the submitted reporting period. Companies are generally required to update and submit the report periodically through the WLKP system.

Document Requirements:

• Company deed.
• Latest deed of amendment, if any.
• Company tax number.
• NIB and business license.
• OSS account access, if required.
• WLKP account access, if available.
• Company address and business activity details.
• BPJS Employment and BPJS Health data, if applicable.

Employee Identity Card:

• ID card or passport of company director.
• ID card or passport of authorized representative.
• Tax number of company representative, if required.
• Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

• Number of Indonesian employees.
• Number of foreign employees, if applicable.
• Employee position and employment status.
• Wage or salary data, if required.
• BPJS participation data, if applicable.
• Company operational and manpower condition.

Documents to be Delivered:

• Submitted WLK or WLKP report.
• WLKP submission receipt.
• Soft copy of completed employment report.
• Supporting report summary, if required.
