Document Requirements:

• Company deed.
• Latest deed of amendment, if any.
• Company tax number.
• NIB and business license.
• OSS account access.
• Product details for export.
• HS code or product classification, if available.
• Export destination country details, if required.

Employee Identity Card:

• ID card or passport of company director.
• ID card or passport of authorized representative.
• Tax number of company representative, if required.
• Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

• Company name and legal entity details.
• Director or authorized representative data.
• Company address and contact information.
• Business activity and product category.
• Export product and destination details.

Documents to be Delivered:

• Export license or related permit document.
• Updated OSS licensing document, if applicable.
• Product export registration proof, if required.
• Soft copy of completed licensing documents.
