Music Performer’s Crew Visa Indonesia C7B is a single-entry visa for foreign crew members who support music performances, concerts, or entertainment events in Indonesia.

Stay Period:

• 30 to 180 days.

Visa Validity:

• Single-entry visa. Once the holder leaves Indonesia, the visa CANNOT be used again for re-entry.

Processing Time:

• Approximately 5 to 7 working days after all required documents are complete.

What you CAN do:

• Stay in Indonesia to support an approved music performance or event.
• Work as part of the performer’s crew, production team, or technical support team.
• Assist with stage setup, sound, lighting, equipment, or event preparation.
• Join event-related activities based on the approved visa purpose.
• Extend the stay permit if eligible and approved by immigration.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Work outside the approved music performance or event purpose.
• Receive employment as a regular worker in Indonesia.
• Perform on stage as the main artist if not covered by the visa purpose.
• Run business or commercial activities outside the approved event.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photograph.
3. Personal bank statement for the last 3 months.
4. Proof of guarantee from sponsor or guarantor.
5. Invitation letter from the event organizer or related company.
6. Event schedule, crew assignment letter, or other supporting documents if required.
