Document Requirements:

• Letter of intent or statement letter.
• Company profile of the parent company.
• Office address in Indonesia.
• NIB or business registration document, if applicable.
• OSS account access, if required.

Employee Identity Card:

• Passport of the foreign company representative.
• ID card or passport of the authorized representative.
• Tax number of the representative, if required.
• Authorization letter, if handled by a representative.

Employment Data:

• Parent company name and country of origin.
• Representative office address in Indonesia.
• Chief representative or appointed person data.
• Business activity and representation purpose.
• Company contact and correspondence details.

Documents to be Delivered:

• Representative office registration document.
• Representative office license or approval document.
• NIB or OSS registration document, if applicable.
